All PANTHER Pathways are now available in BioPAX level 3- The PANTHER group has created a converter to generate BioPAX level 3 owl files for all PANTHER pathways. The same converter has been installed in the newly released CellDesigner version 4.1, which can be downloaded from CellDesigner.
- The SBML files, BioPAX files and Protein Sequence Association data are available for download.
