PANTHER Pathways version 1.3 released- 23 new pathways, now 130 total
- new pathways include:
- Beta adrenergic receptor signaling pathways
- Histamine receptor signaling pathways
- Peptidoglycan biosynthesis pathway
- Steroid biosynthesis pathways
- Upcoming releases of new pathways
- Demo of PANTHER at ISMB August 10.

- Data has been updated for Human, Mouse, and Rat Survey Microarrays
- PANTHER data files on FTP site updated to Pathway version 1.3
- Classification files for human, mouse, rat and Drosophila proteins, transcripts and genes
- PANTHER Pathway data files (SBML files and component associations including references)
- UniProt-PANTHER mapping file: PANTHER classifications for all UniProt proteins
- PANTHER HMM classification file: contains the name, molecular functions, biological processes, and pathway for every PANTHER protein family and subfamily
