PANTHER at ISMB 2006

We will be giving a live demo of the PANTHER site at ISMB. ISMB 2006 is in Fortaleza, Brazil from August 6-10. The PANTHER demo will be on Thursday, August 10, 9:50 a.m. - 10:40 a.m. The demo will cover both our protein subfamily curation infrastructure, and our expression data analysis tools.
