PANTHER - Genes, Transcripts, and Proteins

Search for genes, transcripts, and proteins from the following species: Human, Mouse, Rat, and Drosophila melanogaster. PANTHER Classifications for these genes are based on Hidden Markov Models (HMMs), statistical models that describe families and subfamilies of protein sequences. For protein sequences other than those stored in our database, users can score a single sequence against the PANTHER HMM library, or download the HMMs and scoring scripts to score many sequences on a UNIX computer.
